    Everything about this experience was excellent!

    * The website was easy to use when planning my wife’s “boob juice” pendant and necklace. What they showed was what I got. Actually, it’s shinier, bigger, and prettier.
    * The collection package (with pre-paid return packaging) was pretty straight-forward although using the second bag required a little thinking; not much, though.
    * The communication throughout the entire process was perhaps the best I’ve ever experienced from an online retailer. Keepsake told me (a) when they shipped the collection package; (b) when they received my return package; (c) when they started the manufacturing process; (d) when they started curing the pendant; and (e) when they shipped it.

    I ordered the pendant/necklace around Thanksgiving on an expedited basis. Keepsake delivered the product to me 1.5 weeks before Christmas.

    My wife cried (happy tears) when she opened the gift. When our boy weaned off of “boob juice” (sorry, I just like saying it), it was tough on her. Now she feels like she has a tangible keepsake of all the hard work she put into breastfeeding: sacrificing so much sleep to feed and pump, dealing with the pain, pumping in odd public places… basically planning her diet and day around feeding and pumping.
