Love the ring it’s dainty and lightweight, very pretty. My only negative input was I paid extra for engraving and the band is so thin that you cannot make out any of the letters, but when I spoke with the company, they did credit me back the engraving charge so their response was very appropriate and I appreciated that.

Its true, that the video starts only from the moment we open the bag with dry milk, however, we state it right before you purchase the video in our drop-down menu. We get many requests for the videos, and I can keep up only if the video is of me making the piece only, not milk processing (which takes multiple steps and takes two weeks to turn it into powder).

The only reason I provided a 4 was due to the video. I expected to see more of the process such as my milk being received and opened. I expected to see the jewelry being made. It was not a very extensive video and specifically, did not include showing the milk I sent being manipulated. The milk had already been powdered and I could not tell it was mine since it wasn’t the package I sent being opened. However, the final product is beautiful.
