I am pleased overall with my ring purchase and would absolutely order from them again. They were very responsive and sent regular status updates. I had an issue with them not receiving my breastmilk (post office issue) and they quickly sent another kit to assist and were very helpful! I ordered my ring in May and had in by the end of August. I knew it would take approx 12 weeks and it was right on schedule! My piece is very simple and I wish the birthstone gemstones were more pronounced, but for the price I paid, I can’t really complain- it’s the only negative- but again, for the price I can’t really expect huge stones.

It’s a beautiful ring & overall I’m happy with it.
The setting for the small birthstones is a bit different than in photos. It’s a thicker setting & the back is a tiny round opening, with the aquamarine stones it looks a little odd because you can see the back circle through the stone. It’s pretty but kind of takes away from the stones imo. There’s one tiny run/ drip that goes out of the setting from one of the milk stones too that wasn’t cleaned up properly before it was set.
Also I ordered it 5/13 and it didn’t arrive until 8/29. I knew it would take a while from a friend, but it would’ve been nice to know not to expect it for so long when I ordered it. There were a couple communication emails, but not with specific dates or time frames to expect it.
Overall I’m still happy with it. Maybe would suggest updating the stock photos to reflect the slight difference in the settings.

The communication and ease of shipping the breastmilk and receiving the ring from this company was fantastic. It did take a while, but that expectation is clearly set up front and was not a surprise. I only give 4 stars because the gem wasn’t as expected. In the photo of the product the clear gem is visible but the aquamarine gem that I purchased (I got the real gem) is barely visible in the setting because it’s both a small stone and a more clear than blue stone. At first glance I thought the birthstone settings were empty. You can see some blue in the photos but to the eye it’s really only visible in natural light and if you look close. I understand real gems vary in color and that my daughter just happens to have a light colored birthstone but I had just expected the stone to be a bit more visible. I still love the rig and will cherish it.
