The company kept me informed about every single step which had be relieved while waiting since it is a long process, but also had me excited as well! I wish the letter was a little bit bigger and that the chain could be adjustable to make the length shorter. But again these are things that you don’t know how it will turn out when purchasing them online and how they will look on you as an individual and that’s ok. Overall, I’m really happy with my decision and may try to purchase another piece again!
